Describe the implementation of the Continuity of Care and Rehabilitation Program (PCC-R) in community mental health centers (CSMC) in Peru. Methods. Qualitative study on the implementation of the Egypt Email List PCC-R in four CSMCs in Lima and La Libertad, Peru. 42 individual semi-structured interviews and a focus group with five participants were conducted, for a total of 47 informants among users, family members and professionals linked to the design, implementation and monitoring of the PCC-R.
