With Andrea Pallares and Martín Diez !

After a wonderful lunch where I was able to get to know the conference attendees more deeply and share my thoughts on the topics presented in the morning! the afternoon began with a powerful presentation.

The great Rayko Lorenzo offered us a Masterclass entitled: “ How to be a good Marketer … by eating fruit”! in which he  to think about themselves and their offered us the following advice: “The most important thing for a marketing professional is to have good information! that is! information that is contrasted and relevant”! “The marketer must know how to measure in order to develop actions and campaigns! correcting and improving upon any mistakes they make”! “The marketing expert must work hard! but also with passion and enthusiasm”.

turn ! who gave us a talk on “ Data and Marketing ”! in which he talked about the 4 V’s of Big Data: Velocity! Variety of Sources! Data Volum d Veracity! also about the Customer Life Cycle (RFM) and the importance of segmenting customers based on their importance! but also to create groups of more or less loyal customers! an mportance of CRM in companies! since the greater the amount of information it contains! the better it will be to analyze and improve your marketing actions and make them work better.

in which some topics that had already been discussed during the day were once again highlighted! it was Fran  ukraine business directory Hernández ‘s turn ! with his presentation “Why do they call it marketing when they mean flirting?”! in which lighted the following reflections: ” Marketing does not create needs ! it discovers and analyses what the consumer needs and then markets it”! “The differences between identity! what we want to be and image! what we really are” and “The importance of communicating to  autumn is all about cybersecurity customers what they really want to hear”
